01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Forbet ("we", "us") and you ("user", "member"). By using the forbet.top website and its associated mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Forbet is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We provide services specially tailored for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are available in both Bengali and English — in the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration

03 Age & Eligibility

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Forbet supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed faster
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the deposit
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions

Forbet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Forbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once per account.

06 Betting Rules

• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bet already confirmed will not be voided.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Forbet. Any involvement in these activities will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Manipulating the betting system using software or bots.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to forbet's systems.
• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Forbet may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Immediately upon violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal reasons or under the direction of a regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request.

09 Responsible Gaming
